Like the location, almost all the ladies in the housekeeping group and check in smile and said good morning that is a plus, you need people like that in this industry you need to smile and always make sure the customers feel a positive environment, room was clean except for a bottle soda left from the previous guess, like pool view

Located near the airport which was all we needed. Beds were very comfy. Breakfast was very nice with good choice of omelettes, sausages, bread, pastries, jams, fruits, pancakes, yoghurts, etc. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room could use a bit of a proper vacuuming. There is not much to do around but for a one night stay before the flight was great.

this is the best location if you’re renting a car from the MIA rental building. It is a five minute walk to go get your car or, after you drop it off to get to the hotel. The rental is also attached to the airport via a little monorail. This hotel has a pool which I didn’t use but I did use the pool area to do some work outside.

Property was extremely close to airport. Staff was professional, courteous, caring, and expedient with accommodations. The room was big, clean, bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Sheets and towels were extremely clean with no spots anywhere. Overall I was extremely impressed especially after going through a cancelled flight was one airport to another and the staff relieved my stress after a long hectic day.

The check in representative was amazing. Very personable and try to accommodate us late into the evening check-in. It was very pleasant. The entire experience was positive. The only negative is the price. We found out afterwords, that we could have received a less expensive rate for comparable hotels, right in that same area. They were $50 or more less expensive.

I love this place. Upon entering the building, you can smell the air freshness. It smells amazing. The rooms look exactly like the pictures and my room was clean. The location so close to the airport that when you look out the window it looks like the planes are parked in the hotel's parking lot lol. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was friendly and very helpful.

We were there just for the night to catch an early flight the next morning the location was perfect right next to the airport. the rooms was big with everything we needed it a lot of space to put the luggage very spacious with a nice bathroom. It was clean and the staff was great. We picked this hotel because of the location and we were aware that it was going to be noisy from the airplanes and it was. if you are looking for a stay in Miami for leisure or work you may want to pick a different place but if you are ok with the airplanes the this hotel was very good.

Best hotel near Miami airport! Offer shuttle to cruise port and return to hotel or airport after cruise. $12 per person each way. Great communication from hotel staff and transportation company! Booked my next stay for November before leaving!!!!
